Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Curandaime, we honor the integrity of the Master Plant Immersion and related Programs. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:
All Plant Immersions and Jungle Plant Dietas purchases are non-refundable. Once you have paid in full, we cannot issue refunds for any reason. It’s best to start with the initial deposit for reserving your spot and then proceed to pay the program in full once you feel comfortable and ready.
Program transfers: If you are unable to attend the Program, your enrollment may be transferred to the same course type offered on a different date within the same year.
Same offering: Transfers apply only to the identical course (same format) and cannot be applied to different programs or offerings.
Non-transferable to others: Program registrations are valid only for the original participant and cannot be transferred to another person.
Right of the teacher/guide: For the safety of all practitioners and the integrity of the practice, Curandaime reserves the right to close or end a dieta/immersion if a practitioner is not following the guidelines, is endangering themselves or others, or is engaging in behavior that disrupts the process. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
Practitioner's right to close the dieta: Life happens, and sometimes important events may arise during a dieta. If this occurs, the practitioner has the right to request that the immersion be closed at any time. In such cases, the teacher will schedule and carry out the closing as soon as possible, at a mutually agreed-upon time and date.
If you need to request a transfer to a future course date, please contact us before the Immersion start date. Once the program starts, we can’t offer refunds.
